David is highly respected as a visionary and an authority in the field of home care. Prior to starting Careshyft, David co-founded Companion Connection Senior Care, a National Membership Organization. This membership organization is dedicated to teaching others how to start their own non-medical home care companies and begin filling the great demand for these services.  The Road to Success, Vol. 2 - Co-Authored by David GoodmanDavid also co-founded and grew Expert Home Care into one of New Jersey’s most successful home care agencies with an emphasis on live-in care. David has provided expert testimony in the home healthcare field, and has co-hosted (with Frank Esposito) Focus on Seniors Radio, a popular national radio talk show on senior care issues. He was featured in New Jersey Business News in 1998 as one of the top 40 Business leaders under 40 years old in NJ. He has also been recognized in Entrepreneur Magazine as well as the Wall Street Journal as a leading expert in the field of home health care. He frequently writes for various general interest and trade magazines on senior issues and home care.

Frank Esposito, Chief Operating Officer

Frank Esposito - Careshyft Chief Operating OfficerFrank M. Esposito is a Partner in Careshyft and the Executive Vice President of Expert Home Care and Companion Connection Senior Care. He first partnered with David Goodman in 1989 to open the second branch of Expert Home Care, a New Jersey licensed home health care company that provides home care services to seniors throughout New Jersey. Expert Home Care is an A+ rated company by the Better Business Bureau and has helped thousands of NJ seniors to age in place.  Expert has also been designated a “Best of Home Care” award winner for three consecutive years by a leading surveyor in the home care industry. Frank has over 30 years of experience running a home care company whereby his leadership, organizational and management skills, and strong work ethic make him well-suited to assist others in fulfilling their quest for business ownership.

Frank has co-hosted along with David Goodman, “Focus on Seniors Radio”, which airs on WSradio.com, the Internet’s #1 talk station. The show focuses on issues related to the care and well-being of seniors. He has also co-authored with David many articles relating to the issues facing seniors today.

Frank is a member of the National Home Care Association, The Case Management Society of America, The Home Care Association of America, where he was Chair of the local chapter Community Education Committee, The NJ Hospice and Palliative Care Organization, and The Society for Certified Senior Advisors. He has also been a member of Chambers of Commerce and Business Networking International.

 

Jeff Hatten, Vice President – Marketing

Jeff Hatten - Careshyft Vice President - MarketingIn 2010, Jeff and his wife Connie founded Fidelis Home Care in Dallas, Texas.  Fidelis has won numerous customer satisfaction awards, and is one of the largest home care providers in southern DFW. In addition to his responsibilities as President and CEO of Fidelis Home Care, Jeff Hatten joined the staff of Companion Connection Senior Care in the summer of 2013 where he serves as the Membership Development Manager. He has applied his perspective as an agency owner and advocate for the home care industry to educate prospective agency owners on the many rewarding aspects of serving the seniors in his community.  Jeff’s work at CCSC includes training in his particular area of expertise: hiring and retaining caregivers.  Prior to joining CCSC, Jeff enjoyed a successful career in pharmaceutical sales. Jeff won numerous sales awards and served as a senior regional director where he and his team of representatives led the nation in sales for over four consecutive years and accumulated.

 

Lori Moshier, Sales Training

Lori Mosier - CareshyftLori has played a vital role as a member of the Companion Connection Senior Care Marketing & Sales support team for the past 12 years where she shares her 30+ years of expertise in home health care, staffing, and marketing/sales activities.

Prior to becoming a Companion Connection team member, Lori worked as the National Sales Manager for a Fortune 500 provider of private duty home health and staffing services. She has also worked as a Marketing Manager for a $4.5 billion healthcare system’s home care division with locations throughout the U.S.

She has also served on the board of directors of several non-profit organizations including Deaf, Hearing and Sign Language Association, and the Metro Detroit Aging Coalition. She also served as a Trustee for a large research grant on Alzheimer’s through the University of Michigan and was on the Media Hosting Committee for Super Bowl XL. In 2005, she received a National Leadership Award through the National Congressional Committee. She is a 1981 graduate of the University of Michigan with a degree in Economics.
